VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
The virtual consultation is a 1-hour Video Conference with the homeowner where they guide us throughout their property, room by room, the same way we normally do it during our staging consultations. During this consultation we typically provide staging directions, including the removal of furniture and decoration, small repairs, wall colour and light fixture tips prior to staging.
DO IT YOURSELF STAGING (DYIS)
Our DIYS service will design the look, pack and label by room all the decoration and furniture, and send the staging items with our moving crew for the homeowner to do the staging following our guidelines. After the homeowner has finished placing all the decoration and furniture provided, we will follow up with a new videoconference to review and make any required touch ups.
VIRTUAL FURNISHING
We have partnered with professional photographers to offer you High-Quality Virtual Furnishing Photography (also known as Virtual Staging). This service is divided in 5 different packages (starting from $299). Each package will include all interior and exterior images, a branded & MLS-compliant virtual tour, and a number of virtually furnished rooms. The photography is taken by our professional real estate photographers using guidelines to obtain maximum quality. Ideally, the properties should be vacant to avoid extra charges for erasing and cleaning the images to virtually furnish them.
